Please contact me in advance no later than 24hrs in case of emergency! No call no show will result in total 75% charge of services. You will not be allowed to return until fee is paid. New Client? All new clients that have not booked with me PRIOR to October 2024 MUST submit a photo of a VALID state ID. No exceptions. Under age clientele, must have parents book for them if needed. All photo IDs will be uploaded to your client profile and will not be exposed to the public for safety purposes . No services will be rendered to anyone who does not comply. Once your appointment is booked please submit within 24hrs or your appointment will be cancelled and you will not be refunded your deposit. Running late ? Late fee will be applied to remaining balance at check out . Grace period will depend on amount of clients booked for that day . In the event that I am totally booked for that day, appointment will be canceled after 10 minutes . We can discuss rescheduling via text . There will be a $10 reschedule fee added to your next appointment . Repeat offenders will no longer be able to be serviced by me. Same day appointment? I do not offer same day appointments. For any occasion or person Children ? I love kids and have one of my own , however we know they can get into everything. No small Children allowed respectfully , To avoid the booking client financial responsibility for any damages made to property . I do not service anyone younger than 13 years old on enhancements. Parents who are having children (5-12) receiving manicures, must understand i will not fix mistakes made by the child repeatedly. Please advise your child of behavior and conduct before appointment. Guest ? There are no extra people/adults allowed to sit in, during your appointment. However, if you have children that you could not find childcare for short notice, please communicate prior to your arrival. Your children must be able to sit without your immediate attention. Meaning they need to be of age where they will not tamper or destroy any property. There will be an area they will be able to sit without being unsupervised. Anything damaged by your child will be added to your final balance and failure to pay will be taken to small claims. House call? I am a private suite owner however, I offer Mobile services as well. There is a minimum, non-negotiable $100+ travel fee . This fee is not including services. Fee will increase depending on location outside of 25 mile radius from my suite. Please no small children around equipment during house call. Anything broken by client or by client’s party, the booking client with card on file, will be held responsible for any property damages and expenses. Refunds? I do not offer any refunds for any services. Fixes must be made aware within 24 hours of service. Anytime after 24hours, fee will be applied. Policy for broken nails is a mandatory new set for 3 or more broken nails ! I DO NOT POP OFF NAILS. I offer soak offs only . New clients must remove previous set before appointment or a full soak off fee will be added to your total at check out. Retail products ? Nail Aftercare kits and press on nails are sold from my suite and are available for pick up only at this time. Press on orders must be made 2 weeks prior for desired date. Rush orders can be done in 3 days with a $20 deposit that does not go towards your remaining balance. Sizing can be done in person by appointment or via text with specific instructions that must be followed accurately and efficiently. All retail sales are final including classes and may not be exchanged or refunded. Payments? I accept all major credit and debit institutions and developers. Tap to Pay such as Apple or Samsung pay is acceptable. Cash app ; tap to pay only is acceptable for cash app users . I do Not accept Cash app or Venmo virtual payments. Cash is acceptable but I do not carry change. Please bring your desired amount exact.
