Please contact me in advance no later than 24hrs in case of emergency! No call no show will result in total 100% charge of services. You will not be allowed to return until fee is paid. New Client? Please advise all new clients may receive a text message prior to appointment, requesting additional details. Failure to respond or comply will be an automatic cancellation of services and forfeit of deposit. Please try remove any existing product from nails prior to appointment, for best final results. Foreigns fills or fixes will be charged as fullset. Running late ? I do not charge late fees , depending on the extent of tardiness, your appointment will be canceled, no exceptions . If there is no interference with next clients appointment time, you will be allowed to still come in for services , if my time permits . Deposit will not be returned if appointment is canceled due to your tardiness. Same day appointment? I do not offer same day appointments. For any occasion or person . Children ? I do not service anyone younger than 10 years old on enhancements. Parents who are having children (5-10) receiving manicures, must understand i will not fix mistakes made by the child repeatedly. Please advise your child of behavior and conduct before and during appointment. Guest ? There are NO EXTRA people/adults allowed to sit in, during your appointment if not being serviced after you . However, if you have children that you could not find childcare for short notice, please communicate prior to your arrival. Your child must be of maturity to sit without your immediate attention for 1-3 hrs . Anything damaged by your child will be added to your final balance and failure to pay will be taken to small claims court . By your participation in successfully booking your appointment, you agree to these terms. House call? I offer Mobile services as well. There is a minimum, non-negotiable $100+ travel fee . $75 fee added for pedicures. This fee is not including services. Fee will increase depending on location outside of 25 mile radius from my starting point . Please no small children around equipment during house call. Anything broken by client or by client’s party, the booking client with card on file, will be held responsible for any property damages and expenses. Refunds? I do not offer any refunds for any services. Fixes must be made aware within 24 hours of service. You will be asked to come in for repairs based on my schedule. Anytime after 24hours, fee will be applied. Retail products ? Nail Aftercare kits and press on nails are sold from my space and are available for pick up by appointment . Press on orders must be made 1week prior for desired date. Rush orders can be done in 3 days with a $20 deposit that does not go towards your remaining balance. Sizing can be done in person by appointment or via text with specific instructions that must be followed accurately and efficiently. All retail sales are final. Payments? Cash. No change .
